Paul Mittleman started in the culture as a skateboarder and NYC club DJ with a passion for art and design. He developed his global creative direction, design and marketing expertise working in leadership roles for Stussy, Adidas and Converse connecting brands to street culture, building product and driving the limited edition concept to consumer model now known as collabs.
Paul has been instrumental in driving some of the biggest streetwear collaborations in recent years including Virgil Abloh, JW Anderson, Nike, Palace, Fear of God, Undefeated, Bape, Neighborhood, Undercover and Ambush.
He is responsible for bringing Pharrell Williams, Palace skateboards and Nigo to Adidas and building successful collections with them, Managing the Kanye West Yeezy relationship and signing and creating collections with Tyler the Creator and Miley Cyrus while at Converse.
Reggie Casagrande is an integrated marketing expert with extensive brand development, strategy, and digital transformation experience. She has spent the last decade building energy programs, perfecting the drop collaboration model & connecting brands to youth culture. Her journey started in NYC as a streetwear photographer working with skaters & hip hop artists which developed her passion for blending youth culture and sports with street style.
She has worked as a Marketing Director steering brands through digital transformation, Retail Director building flagship doors, Content strategist and then global Brand Director for Adidas and Converse. Her work as Senior Marketing Director at NTWRK and Warner Media gave her mobile app, eCom & digital platform expertise in addition to overseeing brand creative, developing integrated marketing initiatives, and driving all PR and media strategies for brands on that platform.
Reggie has worked on strategic women's & diversity initiatives for major brands that deliver growth, advocacy and revenue and is passionate about the women’s conversation in culture.
